Does it really work without signal?

Yes. Download a map region once — Greater Munich is about 43 MB — and the map, your Spots, photos and search all keep working with no connection. There are 188 regions across 11 countries, from a single district to a whole country.

How many regions can I keep offline?

One without an account, three once you sign in (free), unlimited with Pro. A region is one download, whether it’s a single district or a whole country — and you can delete one and download another whenever you like.

Can I use several regions at once?

Yes. Everything you’ve downloaded shows as one seamless map, on every plan — Oberbayern and Tirol simply continue into each other. When you pan past the edge of what you have, the app offers the next region.

Does SpotWeave track where I go?

No. Your location is only used while the app is open, to show you on the map and pin a new Spot. We never track you in the background or record a trail.

What happens to my photos?

They’re shrunk on your phone and stripped of location data before they’re uploaded, so a shared photo never gives away more than you meant to.

When can I get it?
